My commitment letter

Ten minutes a week for four weeks. Voluntary, free, without competition, monitoring or punishment.

What you promise yourself

I commit to looking, understanding and adjusting. My budget does not need to be perfect; it can evolve with what I learn.

You may keep this commitment private, share it with one trusted person or say it publicly. In every case, it remains yours.

The rules

  • Ten minutes is enough for each weekly step.
  • No amount must be shared with SEEC or anyone else.
  • A missed week is not a failure; continue when you can.
  • The purpose is to understand and adjust, not to punish yourself.

Week 1 - See

List what comes in and the expenses that are already committed.

Week 2 - Explore

Look at Living Essentials and identify what changes from one month to another.

Week 3 - Evaluate

Compare your options and notice the trade-offs without judging them.

Week 4 - Choose

Make one realistic adjustment and decide when you will review it.

My commitment letter

I commit to giving myself ten minutes a week for four weeks to look at, understand and adjust my budget. My budget does not need to be perfect: it can evolve with what I learn.

This is a personal commitment, without monitoring, punishment or obligation to share any amount.
