Three deliberately separate levels
- 01
Incurred
Approximately CHF 1,864 of expenditure already incurred and attributed to the project.
- 02
Projected maintenance
Maintenance alone — the website and basic tools — is estimated at CHF 150–200 a year. Other needs may later supplement this amount, but they are neither quantified nor included at this stage.
- 03
Left open
Personal time is neither invoiced nor added to the total. Everyone remains free to decide whether and how they wish to encourage what comes next.
Method and limitations
The calculations use the invoices and receipts available, supplemented by PayPal or bank statements where they confirm a payment.
Where an actual debit in Swiss francs was unavailable, currencies were converted using rates recorded on 30 August 2026. Shared expenditure was allocated under the rules documented in the internal record.
Supporting documents are not published because they may contain contact details, payment references or other personal information. Transparency covers the amounts, method and scope.
Support without restricting access
The guide and tools remain free. A contribution unlocks no additional content and creates no obligation.
