Privacy and measurement

The aggregate day/country counter is active. GA4 and Clarity currently provide no usable detailed measurement to SEEC.

In short

  • Google Tag Manager is loaded with analytics and advertising categories denied by default.
  • As of 27 August 2026, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity remain non-operational even after acceptance.
  • The server counts public HTML pages only as aggregate totals by date and country.
  • No budget-sheet amount is transmitted.
  • No advertising profiling or retargeting is used.

Measured events

The server increments one aggregate day/country total for each public HTML page. It does not store the visited path, IP address, user agent, journey or visitor identifier. Static files, technical functions and the admin area are excluded.

Google Tag Manager and detailed tools

The browser may contact Google to obtain container GTM-59WHL4DH before a preference is stored. Consent Mode v2 sends denied defaults for analytics and advertising categories.

Production checks found no usable GA4 statistics, traffic-source data, Clarity heatmaps or session replays. If these tools are made operational later, their effective settings, transmitted data and retention periods will be published before use, and activation must require explicit agreement.

Manage preferences

The French preference panel stores the choice only in the visitor’s browser. In the current technical state, acceptance does not make GA4 or Clarity operational. The anonymous aggregate counter has no cookie or individual preference because it does not track people.
